Getting to know your GLO-BUG
Your GLO-BUG glows different colours to let you know how much credit you have left. It’s really simple and you’ll always know when it’s time to top up.
Green is good. You have more than $10 credit remaining.
Orange is a warning. It means your power will disconnect at midday tomorrow – unless you top up before then.
Red is urgent. It means your power will disconnect at midday today – unless you top up before then.
